This weekend was jammed packed with excitement. We did everything from fireworks, to 4th of July pancake breakfast, to the pool, the cruise in parade on Main Street, and ended today with Belen's blessing and Lucy's and my mother in law's birthday today. . It has been so fun, but I think everyone is totally exhausted! My inlaws have been so impressed by everything and still can't believe they are here. So here are some of the pics from this weekend. We missed our east coast cousins, southern Utah couple, and glad we got to see Kresta for a minute today! I do not know why this ened up being underlined. Sorry. Anyway I hope you enjoy the pics!

Catch up
Hi everyone, I have all of these photos from way back before Belen was born. I hope you all enjoy! These are all out of order and a little random.
What's wrong with this picture??

Liz silenty contemplating what she did wrong - why her family didn't take her with them to Disneyland...

You're never too young for Twilight! Actualy, this is funny...Mom, Melis and I were reading at the pool and without any help from us, Luz sat down and picked up a book. So funny!

Davis and Sofia making Fran laugh
This is from a while back, but funny, none the less...
Franny was going "Puh, puh, puh..." Sarah did it back and this was the result.

Our little ancient South American
Belen is here!!!
Melissa was induced at about 1:00 pm on (I think) On June 2nd and labored until 10:45 pm.
Some of us had some business to attend to whilst waiting for the big show.

When we all showed up at about 7:30, she was at a 4. She progressed rapidly after that and she was fully dialated at 9:30.

Little Belen arrived with a full head of hair at 12:45 am on June 3rd. She weighed 8lbs 4 oz. and was 20 1/2 in long. Her Apgar was 9 and 9. (Almost a perfect score!) Healthy girl! She hardly cried after she came out. She was just content all bundled up in our arms. (I like her grip on the scale)

Proud papa

More Masoner's
On ONE warm day in May, the girls and our neighbors Taelyr, Jacobi & Mackenzie put the sprinkler under the tramp for a little water party. Good thing they lived it up, because I think it dropped back down to 40 degrees a few days after this...
LaCrosse tournament in Pocatello. Even though we didn't actually get to see E and Tan play, we had a fun afternoon with the cousins! Sofia even won a dance contest!
Success Story! This is one of my students from TRiO, Syerra. When I met her this last fall, she was pretty sure she wasn't going to be able to graduate. She made it and is going to CSI this Fall to continue studying to be an EMT! I'm so preoud of her! I had two other studetns in this same boat and they both made it as well!
Can you believe Riley & Vanessa graduated?!?
Vanessa was Co-Salutatorian. she gave a great speech at Graduation. She & Riley will both be heading up to BYU-I in the fall. A sad thing about living in Burley, is that most kids actually LEAVE for college. Exciting for them, SAD for us!
Masoner Catch Up
OK- So my life has been BUSY! I finally have a minute to catch up on the blog, so here goes... You may want to get a snack before you start...

Lizzie's favorite passtime is getting into things. ESPECIALLY markers! If there is a marker within a 5 foot radius of her, she will find it, open it, and draw on something (usually herself) with it. I promise, we do try to keep an eye on her, but obviously, that doesn't always work out...
Lizzie's work with a black marker (she's going Goth)
With Hailey's mascara...
