On Saturday we went as a family to what Argentines call "La Estancia." It is a farm where you go to enjoy the day away from the busy city. It was about an hour outside of Buenos Aires. We spent the whole day there. They serve you breakfast, then there are activities such as horse back rididng, folklore dancing, a small dairy where you can watch them milk cows and make cheese and horse and buggy rides. Then we all came together for a delicious "Asado" or bar-b-que. Then we all hung out, played games that we had brought like dominos and then ate a little snack before leaving. It was a wonderful day. Here are some pictures and videos to enjoy.
