Hi everyone! Franny is now two weeks old. We've been having a lot of fun and have REALLY enjoyed all of the visitors. Here's a quick photo and video update...

Zach and Amber are Franny's #1 fans. They're a little obsessed. They always call before they come over to make sure it's "activity" time.

Blessing Little Sebe in New York

Here are some photos of my recent visit with the New York Spencers. It was great to be able to meet our newest little grandson Sebastien and assist with his blessing. Seeing the "Big Apple" was also a great experience!

...but he woke up long enough to be cute for a few minutes!

As we were walking in Central Park we happened upon a performance of the Harlem Transformers break dance club. They were amazing, of course!

Little Elle is a real charmer. All weekend complete strangers would come up and gush about how cute she is. But we already know that!

Hi Princess!!!

This is one of the last pictures of Lucy. She is growing so fast that I can hardly believe it.

Plums!

The tree was here when we moved in, but I took care of the plums this year. All of my grandparents would be so proud!! Now if I can just figure out the tomatoes.

Why you shouldn't mess with me!

This picture is why I am so glad that Gabe and Amber figured out how to keep Amber from passing out anymore. During the Spencer epidemic of the "worst flu I have EVER had" --Mom, Carrie passed out in the middle of the night in the hallway and these scraps show how she landed, FACE FIRST. I was awake and it was SCARY. Luckily less than a week before we had laid down a runner over the hard wood floors!

I ended up having to take Carrie to the ER for fluids and they kept asking her if anyone at home was hurting her. We thought it was funny.

Thursday was such a wonderful day for Paul and me thanks to great nurses, an AMAZING doctor and a wonderful family and support system. It was a day filled with waiting, fun, laughter, waiting, watching TV, and more waiting. Thank you everyone for being patient with the timing and sticking around for the prize at 1:35 Friday morning. I was so happy everyone was there to share the experience with Paul and me. I love you all so much!
